“Health is Wealth”

 

                        'Health is Wealth' is a famous saying that refers to the importance of health to us and reveals that health is wealth. Being healthy is wealthy. All of us know that being healthy is being wealthy. Why? Because if you’re not healthy, you’re sick and malnutrition you’re not wealthy. We should always keep in mind that wealth is wealth however health is the greatest wealth in this world. If our health is good, we can bear any bad circumstances in our life. If one is not healthy, he/she would definitely suffer health related or other difficulties in life instead of enjoying the life. In order to maintain a good health we need to eat balanced food, daily mild exercises, fresh air, clean water, maintain good posture, enough sleep and rest, and maintain cleanliness etc.

                       Every July we are having this kind of celebration about nutrition.  In the nutrition month celebration we are having different kinds of activities, like poster slogan, slogan, nutria jingle, and many more. This year 2019 we have a theme “Kumain ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo, Push Natin to”. Eating nutritious and healthy foods can make your body active, and being active can make you do anything you need to finish. Eat foods that are healthy like vegetables (eggplant, cabbage, carrots, bitter gourd) and fruits ( banana, apple, mango, orange) and drink a lot of water each day. With this theme it can be your guide for a better life and lifestyle. So guys be healthy for you to become wealthy.

We Are Ready

          Earthquake is a very destructive natural disaster. It can destroy everything, your house, buildings, even if your lives. Earthquake can be natural or manmade disaster. Some cause of having an earthquake is when there’s a plate moving or a volcanic eruption. It can also be a manmade because of the activities we do. Such as mining, and bombs that thrown in a war. It is a disaster that no one can control. No one knows when or where it would happen. The Philippine Volcanology and Seismology or also known as PHIVOLCS, are one that measures the frequency of the earthquake happened.

           Every year we do this National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill Insight for us to know what we are doing in case of having earthquake. This earthquake drill we learn the duck, cover, and hold. Go to an open area for your safety. And in case of emergency there are emergency hotlines and people that will help you.

           We do this activity for us to know what we are doing when there is an earthquake and of course to secure our life and safeties. Every year there is a month we do this drill always. And this drill makes us ready for every earthquake that is coming. And also being ready for an earthquake that entitled the BIG ONE. Maybe we cannot control and predict what will happen and where and when, but at least we are ready for what will happen to that earthquake.

Letter to the President

January 13, 2019

Dear Mr. President,

        

          First, I want to greet you a pleasant morning sir. I’d admire your hard work and I’m very thankful for that. Thank you for your ideas and for being a good leader to this beautiful country. I also admire you a lot sir. Fr being tough not a coward. Sir, you show me what bravery is.

          I’m a little bit dismay sir because of the awful words coming from your mouth, especially in front of the media. Maybe we can’t avoid to talk bad words, but maybe we can at least not to talk inappropriate words in front of cameras and other member of the committee. And also for the killing of other people, especially for those are innocent and not involve in any case.

          For the new rules like curfew hours for minors is a good idea sir. And for reducing the drug pusher or the caught drug addict, killers, kidnappers. And I hope sir you will do some move to this case in our country. And also for our waste management sir, I hope you’ll also do some move to this case sir. And some move to reduce crimes in our country because there are many families, humans that are innocent that gets involved to this crime.

          I know sir that nobody is perfect. So I’m not expecting big from you. I hope sir you will hear the screams and voices that are seeking and wanting and needing your help and justice for those families that are involved in some other cases. Sir I hope you’ll do all things that cannot affect other people lives but you’ll do it for the better of this country.

          I hope you’ll not get mad after reading this letter. Thank you! May God bless you sir! And have a nice day!!

“Free Dove, That Can Fly High Above”

                      What are we celebrating this month of June? Why do we need to celebrate it? This question running in my mind that need an answer. It is the day that we get freedom. Is this what they call Independence Day.

         This month we celebrate Independence Day. We are all free. And I compare a dove a beautiful dove to a man in a prison like a dove in thee aching gold metal cage. Just like the dove they give a food like a man in a prison. Freedom, this month we are all free. But there’s a question again running in my mind, Are we all free.? I’m thinking what would happen if both of them are in prison. If this two creature are happy or sad. Cause they can’t do what they want. This dove can’t fly up high while this man wants to see his family. Did you also think of that? Did you ask yourself what would they feel, while we are here celebrating this event? Did you once think of that thought?

         A beautiful dove is near a crystal clear water. Resting in this sakura tree. There’s a huntsman. He was mesmerizing the beauty of this dove. He took his bow with an arrow aiming to its wing. The dove felt a pain, it tried to fly but it couldn’t. The huntsman walks closer with a beautiful golden cage. He put this wonderful creature without even curing it wound.

         While this kind man walking in the street being arrested. Crying thinking of her daughter in the hospital. He just wants to help this lady from the thief. But his the one who got arrested. His been imprison.

        These two lovely creature don’t have this what we called freedom. Days come, years pass this month of June, the independence day. They are both wishing that someone can hear they’re scream. This dove wants to fly on the other side this man wants to be with his family.

        Independence day is the day we got our freedom. But do we all have this freedom? Freedom is given to us but some people was taken away their freedom. We all need freedom. Everyone is free, free to fly, free to dream high. This is what independence day for me, this is what we are celebrating every year. We are FREE like a dove, can fly up high ABOVE. And everyone has the right to be free live a dove.

I'm a simple girl with a simple life. I have this long straight black hair, a lovely eyes and adorable lips. I'm not that tall just an average. I love watching k-dramas, action and horror movies.
