“Health is Wealth”
 
                        'Health is Wealthis a famous saying that refers to the importance of health to us and reveals that health is wealth. Being healthy is wealthy. All of us know that being healthy is being wealthy. Why? Because if you’re not healthy, you’re sick and malnutrition you’re not wealthy. We should always keep in mind that wealth is wealth however health is the greatest wealth in this world. If our health is good, we can bear any bad circumstances in our life. If one is not healthy, he/she would definitely suffer health related or other difficulties in life instead of enjoying the life. In order to maintain a good health we need to eat balanced food, daily mild exercises, fresh air, clean water, maintain good posture, enough sleep and rest, and maintain cleanliness etc.
                       Every July we are having this kind of celebration about nutrition.  In the nutrition month celebration we are having different kinds of activities, like poster slogan, slogan, nutria jingle, and many more. This year 2019 we have a theme “Kumain ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo, Push Natin to”. Eating nutritious and healthy foods can make your body active, and being active can make you do anything you need to finish. Eat foods that are healthy like vegetables (eggplant, cabbage, carrots, bitter gourd) and fruits ( banana, apple, mango, orange) and drink a lot of water each day. With this theme it can be your guide for a better life and lifestyle. So guys be healthy for you to become wealthy.
